ChirpChirp apps for Windows and macOS
- All data is saved locally on your device and is never sent to our servers by default.
- We do not collect any personal data if you do not use ChirpChirp Sync.
- We do not collect any telemetry data.
- ChirpChirp may connect to the internet to check for updates, but you can disable this in Settings.
- ChirpChirp does not support any third-party plugins or extensions.
ChirpChirp Sync Service
- If you enable ChirpChirp Sync, we store your data on our servers to provide synchronization across your devices.
- Your data, including prompt content, is encrypted during transmission (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest on our servers. Authorized personnel may access your data only if necessary to operate the service, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations.
- If your Sync subscription expires, your data remains stored on our servers for 30 days, then is permanently deleted. If you cancel your subscription manually, your data is deleted immediately. Any local data on your devices is unaffected.
ChirpChirp Publish Service
- If you choose to publish your prompts or other content via ChirpChirp Publish, this content will become publicly accessible and may be viewed, saved, or imported by other users.
- We may collect and display metadata related to your published content, such as the number of views, likes, imports, or other engagement metrics.
- You remain solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.
- You can remove published content at any time. However, copies or imports by other users may persist beyond deletion.
ChirpChirp Account
- To register and use ChirpChirp Sync, Publish, or purchase subscriptions, you must provide your email address, username, and password.
- We do not share your email address with any third parties, except payment processors (Stripe, Paddle, PayPal, WeChat Pay, AliPay) as necessary to complete your purchase.
- We only send payment receipts, security notifications, and important product updates to your email.
- You may delete your ChirpChirp account at any time by sending an email with the subject line [Delete Account] from your registered email address to [email protected]. This will permanently delete your account, subscriptions, and all data stored on our servers.

Shenzhen Vilando Technology Co., Ltd. (“Vilando,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information obtained by reason of your use of ChirpChirp. This Privacy Policy explains the types of customer personal information we collect, how it is used, and the steps we take to ensure your personal information is handled appropriately.

We limit the collection of your personal information
Vilando collects only the personal information required to provide ChirpChirp products and services to you. We collect personal information only by clear, fair, and lawful means.
We receive and store any information you enter on our website, provide through the ChirpChirp applications, or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use certain features or services, such as purchasing subscriptions or enabling ChirpChirp Sync.
Vilando does not receive or store the personal content saved locally on your device while you use ChirpChirp, except when you enable ChirpChirp Sync, in which case your data is stored securely on our servers to enable synchronization across your devices.
We also collect and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our website or applications. For example, like many services, we use cookies and similar technologies, and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser or ChirpChirp application accesses our servers. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer to enable our systems to recognize your browser or application and provide features such as maintaining your login session and preventing fraudulent activity.
